The correction detection probe is an infrared edge sensor based on the principle of reflection, which can detect the position information of the fabric edge and display the fabric edge position through an electric eye. When the edge of the fabric deviates from a specific position, the probe will generate an offset signal based on the distance and direction of the deviation. The system will execute corresponding correction actions based on this signal to keep the fabric edge at a specific position.
According to different detection conditions and environments, the correction detection probe provides five gears for adaptation. The higher the gear, the stronger the anti-interference ability, and the lower the gear, the stronger the detection ability (it can be adjusted to a low gear when it is difficult to detect fabrics). The selection of gears can be completed through the operation panel on the probe.
