Position: Sales Manager/Director
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing expansion plans and goals, driving the sales team to achieve performance goals, collaborating with the sales team, tracking sales opportunities, guiding sales processes, ensuring successful conversion of sales opportunities and business growth.
Regularly visit end customers, establish and maintain good relationships with them, understand customer needs, and provide corresponding products and solutions. At the same time, actively developing new customers in the industry, expanding customer networks, and promoting the improvement of customer satisfaction.
3. Timely follow up on sales payment status and organize timely handling of any issues that arise;
4. Submit sales work plans and work summaries on time.
5. Responsible for formulating and implementing industry market expansion strategies, exploring and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market share in the industry
6. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers in the industry, promote the growth and deepening of partnerships, and achieve common business goals.
